# Bridge from Polygon Network

The method outlined below is the easiest method to bridge from Polygon to Fantom but this is not the cheapest method. If you're trying to transfer large amounts of currency the cheapest option is <https://www.xpollinate.io/>. However, this method does not provide the necessary FTM to be used to make transactions on the Fantom Network. To obtain FTM, you'll need to use <https://app.elk.finance/#/elknet> which will provide some FTM upon completion of the transfer.&#x20;

### 1. Navigate to [EvoDefi](https://bridge.evodefi.com/?token=USDC)

### 2. Select Polygon and Fantom networks.&#x20;
